Do you work directly with agencies or only end clients?
Both — but agency work is where I thrive. I'm comfortable operating as an embedded contractor under your brand, attending standups, using your PM tools, and communicating directly with your clients if needed.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance retainers?
Yes. Many of my client relationships are long-term retainers for feature additions, plugin management, performance work, and emergency fixes. These are billed on a monthly basis with a defined hours bucket.
What's your typical project timeline?
it depends heavily on scope. A full custom theme with intermediately complex integrations is typically 6-10 weeks. A simple "calling card" website can be as quick as 1 week. I provide phased roadmaps with time estimates before any work begins.
Do you build with page builders or custom code?
Both, depending on what the project requires. I have deep Divi 5 and Elementor experience for agency client sites, and I build fully custom themes from scratch when the project warrants it. I never reach for a plugin when custom code is the right answer.
Do you offer hosting services?
Yes, on an annual or monthly basis. The cost depends on a site's typical traffic. Hosting service includes monthly plugin and core updates, security hardening and monitoring, and uptime monitoring with emergency response service.
