US Bank: Cash+ Rewards
US Bank’s cardholder rewards program Cash+ attracts and retains customers by incentivizing account activity. US Bank sought to expand participation in Cash+ through dynamic, interactive web pages that entertained customers as they learned about and used their benefits. The end product packages a substantial amount of information in a way that maintains customers’ attention by being both useful and fun to use. The site includes a drag-and drop benefit chooser interface for which it was necessary to extrapolate mobile functionality from the original design mockups. Produced under contract with the Lacek Group at Ogilvy & Mather.
