Alaska Airlines: Mileage Plan
Alaska Airlines wanted to present their Mileage Plan rewards program’s wide range of options and partners in a way that would grab and retain repeat customers. They needed the Mileage Plan website to convey a large amount of information without overwhelming its visitors and losing their attention. This was accomplished by breaking down the content into modular parts in order to help visitors absorb it and in turn drive their curiosity to learn more. Adhering to Alaska Airline’s brand and style guide throughout the development process was essential. Produced under contract with the Lacek Group at Ogilvy & Mather.
